Hardware and networking equipment on a working build bench

Our Projects

Tayoca develops owned software and publications, runs community programmes, and documents selected project work alongside client delivery. Each item is classified according to the evidence and disclosure available for it.

Products, publications, programmes and selected project work

Each item is presented according to what is known and appropriate to disclose. Owned Tayoca products are labeled as such; other projects stay neutral unless the relationship has been confirmed.

Sivanta flow diagram showing channels, policy controls, checkout and human handoff

Sivanta

Sivanta is conversation-led commerce software for teams that need governed flows across messaging and web channels, with policy controls, checkout and a clear path to human handoff.

It is an owned Tayoca product, so the work includes product decisions, operating boundaries, pricing, support and the consequences of keeping it running.

Construction site used to represent the SiteSupply marketplace

SiteSupply

SiteSupply is a construction marketplace that helps buyers compare suppliers rather than being locked into a single vendor relationship. Suppliers get another route to prospective buyers, while buyers get more choice when they need materials or services.

Free Website Initiative

A community programme providing practical website core builds for selected local small businesses and organizations in Ontario. The purpose is straightforward: help people get a useful online presence without making the free build conditional on buying another service.

Printed briefing documents and a pen on a desk

The Operator Brief

Technology rarely becomes difficult at launch. It becomes difficult afterward, when somebody has to pay for it, monitor it, recover it and decide what to change. Operator Brief turns those operating lessons into a practical publication for people responsible for that work.

Operator Playbooks

Books, workbooks, lab packs and checklists for teams that want a structured way to do the work themselves — across cloud cost, Kubernetes, GitOps, incidents and AI automation.

The systems behind the public work

Tayoca also operates internal systems for publishing, intake, automation, reviews and project intelligence. They are part of how the company works, even when they are not products for sale.

Tayoca Control CenterInternal publishing and operating console for structured website content, global settings, media and revision history.
Automation and intelligence fabricWorkflows connecting forms, editorial approval, community intake, revenue operations, reviews and project intelligence while leaving source systems authoritative.
