  • Connected-platform information when you authorize an integration, limited to the permissions granted by you and the platform.

We do not intentionally collect more personal information than is reasonably needed for the stated purpose.

3. How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, secure, improve and measure our website, products and services;

4. Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

Tayoca uses analytics and similar browser technologies to understand site performance and usage. These technologies may collect identifiers and technical information such as page views, device/browser details, referral information and approximate geographic information.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may reduce measurement or site functionality.

5. Email, publications and marketing

If you subscribe to an Operator Brief, newsletter, product update or other publication, we use your contact information to deliver it and related communications consistent with your request and applicable anti-spam law. You may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting support@tayoca.com.

6. Social and third-party integrations

Tayoca may connect with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and other social, scheduling, communications, commerce, analytics, hosting and automation providers.

If you authorize a social integration, Tayoca may receive profile, account, organization, post or publishing information permitted by the scopes you approved. We use that information only to provide the authorized function, such as publishing, attribution, verification, workflow execution or reporting. We do not use platform data to build unrelated advertising profiles and do not sell it.

You can revoke a connected platform through that platform's account settings where supported. You may also ask Tayoca to delete personal information obtained through an authorized integration by contacting support@tayoca.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or transaction evidence.

7. Service providers and disclosure

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us host systems, process payments, deliver communications, schedule meetings, analyze usage, operate automations, store data, provide security or perform other functions on our behalf. They receive only the information reasonably required for their role and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or outside Canada. As a result, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed. We use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, security, dispute resolution, accounting, legal obligations and evidence integrity. Retention periods vary by data type and business context.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No Internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure. Security concerns may be reported to support@tayoca.com.

11. AI and automation

Tayoca may use AI-assisted and automated systems for research, analysis, drafting, classification, routing and operational workflows. We apply access controls and evidence boundaries appropriate to the task. Material public claims and sensitive operations remain subject to the controls described in our Trust Center.

12. Your choices and privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and valid exceptions, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required.
