Go from AI-curious to shipping AI systems that work in production.
The AI Leverage Lab is an 8-week guided program where you build real AI systems every week: retrieval, agents, automation, and safeguards. You leave with a working capstone, not a certificate.
Next cohort: late October / early November 2026 — the founding group picks the final date together.
Built for people going somewhere.
This isn't content to consume. It's a transformation with a beginning, a middle, and a demo day. We treat you like the sophisticated builder you are becoming, with quality assets at every step, not an afterthought.

You arrive with questions.
Half-built ideas, a sense that AI could do more for you than it does. Week one turns that curiosity into a working environment and a clear, personal goal.

You build real systems.
Retrieval, agents, automation, safeguards. Every session ends with something running, and every week your systems get harder to break.

You demo what you shipped.
Capstone demos in front of the cohort. You leave with a working AI system, an operating plan, and proof you can show anyone.
When does it start?
The founding cohort decides together. Two windows are on the table, and founding members get a vote. Tap the one that works for you, then mention it when you reserve your seat.
Pick a window above to register your preference.
Every week, you build something real.
No theory marathons. Each session ends with a working artifact, and the weeks stack into a capstone you can demo, deploy, or sell. Tap any session for the details.
Shared Foundation
Weeks 1–2 · Everyone togetherOrientation & the AI Leverage Mindset
▾Outcome: you know exactly how the Lab runs, and your environment is ready.
Set up your toolchain and write your personal leverage goal: the one system you'll be able to build by week 8.
Working with LLMs as a Material
▾Outcome: you prompt reliably and know each model's strengths and limits.
Prompt teardown: take three failing prompts and make them robust, then document why they failed.
RAG Fundamentals
Outcome: you build a bot that answers from your own documents.
Chunking and retrieval lab on your own docs. Leave with a docs-answering bot you can actually use.
Evaluations: Knowing It Works
▾Outcome: you can score an AI system before trusting it.
Build a 10-question golden set and score a bot against it. This is the skill that separates demos from production.
Specialist Tracks
Weeks 3–6 · Pick your laneFor engineers who ship to production: agents, safeguards, cost control, and self-hosted AI.
For operators and builders who sell outcomes: chatbots, messaging, voice, and client-ready automation.
Capstone
Weeks 7–8 · Everyone togetherCapstone Build Lab
▾Outcome: your capstone is scoped and underway.
Scope a system worth demoing and get the working prototype up by end of session.
Build Lab + Peer Review
▾Outcome: a working system, reviewed by peers.
Survive a peer teardown of your design, then harden what breaks.
Capstone Demos
▾Outcome: you demo your system to the cohort.
Live demo. No slides-only presentations; the system runs or it doesn't.
Graduation
▾Outcome: your runbook for operating AI long-term.
Ship your operating plan and join the alumni. The Lab ends; the systems keep running.
You're never building alone.
16 Live Sessions
Ninety minutes each, twice a week. Build alongside the cohort, ask anything, get unstuck in real time.
Private Community
A dedicated space for the cohort: share wins, post blockers, review each other's work between sessions.
Weekly Office Hours
Open troubleshooting every week. Bring your broken bot, your failing eval, your weird edge case.
Async Q&A
Questions answered within 48 hours on weekdays. Session recordings land within 24 hours.

Everything else you're wondering.
Late October or early November 2026. The founding members pick the final date together, so it lands where the most people can make it live. Once set, that's the date: everyone starts together.
Two 90-minute live sessions per week, plus two to three hours of building on your own. The work is the point: every session ends with something running.
Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours, and office hours exist for exactly this reason. That said, the cohort works best live: show up when you can.
No. That's why there are two tracks. The Engineering track is for people who ship to production; the Business Automation track needs no coding background, just a business problem worth automating.
The first $399 reserves your seat and starts your foundation sprint early: setup, pre-work, and your 1:1 onboarding call. The second $399 is due before week 3. Live cohort sessions begin together on the agreed start date.
Same curriculum, different format. The cohort is group sessions twice a week with community and peer review. Private Lab is entirely 1:1: eight ninety-minute private sessions on your schedule, a personal diagnostic, and a customized capstone, with direct async support between sessions.
Full refund any time before the cohort begins. Once the cohort starts, payments are non-refundable.
Eight weeks from now, you'll have shipped.
Not watched. Not certified. Shipped: a working AI system with evaluations, safeguards, and a demo you can show anyone.
